  • Can a gift voucher be exchanged for cash?

    Our gift vouchers can only be exchanged for Yentl Oil products. Any remaining value will be void and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Can I enter a different delivery address to my order?

    Yes you can. You can enter a different delivery address when entering your order.
  • Can I return my order?

    You can return your order within 14 days after receipt, at your own expense. With regard to hygiene and shelf-life of the products only unopened products may be returned.
  • What payment methods can I use?

    At present it is only possible to pay via IDEAL. You will shortly be able to via Mastercard, VisaCard and on an invoice.
  • When can I expect my order?

    We always try to send your order as soon as possible, however this is dependent on the moment the payment to our account has been received and the day on which you placed the order. In general you will receive your order within three days.
  • My order has not been received, is incomplete or has not been sent correctly, what should I do?

    Please contact us. We shall do our utmost to solve your problem promptly

    You can log in at “My Yentl” and edit your personal profile and your personal data.

    On the login page you will find the link "Forgot password". If you click on this link and follow the instructions, you will receive an email with a link where you can reset your password.
