Order & Delivery
YENTL Oil ships all orders with PostNL.
Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel an existing order, because we process all orders the same day. This is independent of your legal right to cancel.
We offer various payment options. You can pay with us with iDeal, PayPal. If you experience a problem completing your payment, please contact us. This can be done by mail at email@example.com. We will do our utmost to solve the problem.
In the Netherlands you can expect your order within 3 working days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, a delivery time of 5-7 working days applies. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package delivery person will leave a notification. You can have your order delivered to an alternative address, by choosing ‘different delivery address’ here you can enter the desired address. In the event of a wrong delivery or if an item is damaged upon delivery, we ask you to contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will support you with the return process.
