1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers from Yentl Oil. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the Yentl Oil website. (owner www.yentloil.com).

1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the delivery and payment conditions. Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) reserves the right to change its delivery and / or payment conditions after the term has expired.

2. Terms

2.1 The customer is the legal person or natural person who has concluded the agreement with Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com)

2.2. ‘Working days’ means: all days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of national holidays and with the exception of periods in which orders can only be placed with Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) (and no further order processing and – delivery of these orders). The periods in which only orders can be placed at Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) are indicated on the main page of the Yentl Oil website (owner www.yentloil.com) and on order confirmations during the period.

2.3 Agreement is the agreement aimed at the delivery of the products by Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) to the customer.

2.4 “Written” means communication by letter or email.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

3.2 Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) strives for a delivery period of a maximum of five (5) working days for products in stock. Delivery by Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) takes place no later than thirty (30) working days after the date of payment, unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you in writing. If this is not possible (because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available or there is a delay for other reasons) or an order cannot be delivered, or only partially, the consumer will receive within one (1) month after placing the order. the order message and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default.

3.5 Yentl Oil bears the risk of damage and loss of a shipment to the buyer. After the items have been delivered to the buyer (see article 5.2), the risk of damage and loss passes to the buyer.

3.6 Yentl Oil is authorized to make use of third parties in the execution of your order (s).

3.7 Orders made at www.yentloil.com are delivered exclusively in the Netherlands

4. Prices and payments

4.1 All prices on the site are in euros and include 21% VAT and any other taxes or charges and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.

4.2 Prices are not increased within the duration of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.

4.3 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.

4.4 Payment must be made in (one of) the way (s) as indicated during the ordering process. Further (payment / order) conditions can be imposed on your order. When paying by bank or giro, the date of payment is the date of crediting the giro or bank account of Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com).

4.5. Payment can also be made by means of a payment with a gift or discount voucher issued by Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com). A gift or discount voucher is valid for a maximum of one (1) year after the date of issue. Gift or discount coupons can only be redeemed in the web store. If the amount spent is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining amount will automatically expire. 5. Data Management

5.1 If you place an order with Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com), your details will be included in the customer base of Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com). 5.2 Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures confidentiality of your personal information.

6. Warranty

6.1 Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) guarantees that the products it supplies meet the requirements of usability, reliability and service life as they are reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement, and thereby vouches for the factory warranty of product delivered to you.

6.2 The buyer is obliged to immediately check the delivered goods upon receipt. 7. Offers

7.1 Offers are without obligation, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

7.2 Upon acceptance of a non-binding offer by the buyer, Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) reserves the right to withdraw or deviate from the offer within the period of 3 working days after receipt of that acceptance.

7.3 Verbal commitments are binding on Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) only after they have been explicitly confirmed in writing.

7.4 Offers from Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) do not automatically apply to repeat orders.

7.5 Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) cannot be held to its offer if the buyer should have understood that the offer, or a part thereof, contained an obvious mistake or error.

7.6 Additions, changes and / or further agreements are only valid if agreed in writing.

8. Agreement

8.1 An agreement between Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) and a customer is established after an order assignment by Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) has been assessed for feasibility.

8.2 Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) reserves the right, without stating reasons, not to accept orders or assignments or to accept them solely on the condition that the shipment takes place on delivery or prepayment.

8.3 If purchased products are returned or reclaimed by Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com), the customer will receive the paid purchase price back. Reimbursement is made in the payment method that the customer selected at the time of purchase. 9. Images and specifications

10. Force majeure

11. Liability and complaint

11.2 You remain responsible at all times for the careful and responsible use of delivered products. 11.6 If the customer wishes to dissolve the agreement pursuant to Articles 8.3 and 8.4, the customer must notify Yentl Oil in writing. The customer must return the products to a return address determined by Yentl Oil. This must be done in the original, undamaged packaging. Opened and / or damaged packages are not taken back. 12. Retention of title

12.3 The buyer is not authorized to pledge the goods that are subject to the retention of title nor to encumber them in any other way.

12.4 The customer already gives unconditional and irrevocable permission to Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) or a third party to be appointed by Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) to, in all cases where Yentl Oil (owner www. yentloil.com) wants to exercise its property rights, to enter all those places where its properties will be and to take those things there.

12.5 If third parties seize the goods delivered under retention of title or wish to establish or enforce rights thereon, the buyer is obliged to inform Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) as soon as can reasonably be expected.

12.6 The buyer undertakes to insure and keep insured the goods delivered under retention of title against fire, explosion and water damage as well as against theft and to provide the policy of this insurance for inspection on request to Yentl Oil (owner www.yentloil.com) .

13. Intellectual and industrial property rights

13.1 You must fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that rest on the products delivered by Yentl Oil.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 If you submit a written statement to Yentl Oil of an address, Yentl Oil is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you submit a written statement to Yentl Oil of another address to which your orders must be sent.

14.2 If Yentl Oil allows deviations from these Terms and Conditions, whether or not tacitly for a short or longer period of time, this does not affect its right to demand immediate and strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You can never assert any rights based on the fact that Yentl Oil applies these Conditions smoothly.

14.3 If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Yentl Oil should conflict with any applicable legal provision, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new legally permissible law to be determined by Yentl Oil. similar provision.

14. Applicable law / competent court

14.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
